Mr Ashwin Chunilal

Mr Ashwin Chunilal joined the North Shore Plastics team in 2005 after returning from fellowships overseas. The practice is located at 26 Bracken Ave Takapuna, Auckland.

Born in New Zealand and training in New Zealand as a Plastic Surgeon, Mr Ashwin Chunilal is a consultant at Middlemore Hospital in the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. After completing his specialist training, Mr Ashwin Chunilal spent several years overseas completing fellowships to further enhance his experience in Plastic Reconstructive and Cosmetic surgery. He is now married and has 3 children.

Mr Ashwin Chunilal permorms both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery. This includes post-cancer and trauma reconstructive surgery, skin cancer surgery; facial cosmetic surgery, reconstructive and cosmetic breast surgery; male breast reduction; body contouring surgery including liposuction and abdominoplasty, hand surgery.

The affiliations include Royal Australasian College of Surgeons and New Zealand Association of Plastic Surgeons.
